Services

Three ways we get you
more booked work

Each of these is built around your existing calendar, phone number and tools — not a platform you have to migrate onto. Take one, or stack them.

01 · BOOKING SYSTEMS

Your calendar fills itself

Customers book the slot they want, when they think of it — which is almost never during your office hours. The system checks your genuine availability, takes the details you need, and locks it in. No back-and-forth, no double-bookings, no "sorry, just missed you" voicemail tennis.

Then it does the unglamorous work that actually protects your revenue: confirmations, reminders before the appointment, and automatic chasing when someone goes quiet.

  • Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft 365
  • Buffers, travel time, service durations and staff rotas respected
  • Automated SMS/email reminders to cut no-shows
  • Optional deposits or payment up front via Stripe
02 · AI VOICE AGENTS

Answered on the first ring, at any hour

A voice agent that speaks naturally, knows your services and prices, and handles the calls you can't. It asks the questions you'd ask, books the job if it can, and texts you a summary the moment the call ends.

It isn't there to replace you — it's there for 6pm on a Friday, for when you're under a sink, and for the third caller while you're still talking to the first. Anything genuinely urgent or unusual gets routed straight to a human.

  • Works on your existing number — overflow, out-of-hours, or every call
  • Qualifies against your criteria and books straight into the calendar
  • Escalation rules you control — emergencies always reach a person
  • Every call transcribed, summarised and searchable
03 · CHAT INTEGRATION

Answers in seconds, not next working day

An assistant on your website, WhatsApp or social channels that actually knows your business — your services, your pricing, your coverage area, your policies. It answers the same fifteen questions you're tired of answering, and it does it instantly, which is the only speed that converts.

When someone's ready, it doesn't hand them a contact form. It books them in, or passes the enquiry to you qualified, with the full conversation attached.

  • Trained on your real documents, pricing and FAQs — not generic filler
  • Website widget, WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook
  • Hands off to you mid-conversation whenever it should
  • Guardrails so it says "I'll get someone to confirm" instead of guessing
Pricing

Fixed price, agreed before we start

We don't do day rates or open-ended retainers you can't predict. Every project is one number, quoted after the free audit, once we both know what we're building.

Build fee

A one-off fixed cost to design, build, test and launch the workflow. Scoped and signed off before any work begins — no surprises on the invoice.

Optional care plan

Monitoring, tuning and changes as your business shifts. Monthly, cancel whenever — we'd rather keep you because it works than because you're locked in.

Running costs are yours

Telephony and AI usage are billed at cost, on your own accounts. You see exactly what it costs to run, and we never mark it up.

Straight answer on numbers: most first workflows land in the low four figures to build, and running costs are typically tens of pounds a month, not hundreds. We'll give you the exact figure — in writing — after a 30-minute call.

FAQs

The things people actually ask

Will customers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes — and we build it that way on purpose. The agent identifies itself as a virtual assistant if asked, and we don't try to pass it off as a person. In practice callers don't mind at all, as long as it's fast, useful, and gets them a real human when they need one. Pretending otherwise is how you lose trust.

We're not technical. How much work is this for us?

About two hours of your time in total. One call for the audit, one session where we ask how you'd handle certain enquiries, and one review before launch. We do the building, the connecting, and the testing.

What if it says something wrong to a customer?

We constrain it to what your business has actually told it, and we instruct it to hand over to a human rather than guess on anything it isn't sure about — pricing edge cases, complaints, anything unusual. You review the transcripts, and we tune from real conversations in the first weeks.

Do we have to replace our current systems?

No. We build around your existing phone number, calendar and tools. If you're happy with what you use, we connect to it. Migrating you onto our platform isn't the goal — we don't have one.

What happens to our customers' data?

It lives in your accounts, under your control, and we build with UK GDPR in mind from the start — clear notice to callers, sensible retention, and no data sold or reused. We'll walk through exactly what's stored and where before you sign anything.

What if we want to stop, or take it in-house?

Then you stop. Everything is built in accounts you own, so the automations, the data and the phone number stay with you — there's nothing to extract and no contract to buy your way out of. The care plan is monthly and cancellable. We'd rather keep you because it's working than because leaving is painful.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Anyone whose revenue depends on appointments and enquiries: trades, clinics, salons, garages, lettings, professional services, home services. If you book people in and you miss calls, this is for you. If your enquiries are already perfectly handled, we'll tell you so.

Not sure which of these you need?

That's what the audit is for. Tell us how enquiries reach you today and we'll tell you where the money's leaking — and whether it's worth automating at all.
